Error corrections Essay 1

Since 1950s, fossil fuels have supplied most of the world’ s energy needs. Further research by scientists has found some substitutes such as hydropower (Lund,2002).
Since World War , people have been exposed to at risk of
After WWII people were exposed  to…environment pollution and shortages of nonrenewable energy sources (NAME, YEAR) .
Lots of renewable resources have been found in recent years, such as so-lar power and nature gas which would protect our environment and re-duce the use of un-renewable resources (NAME, YEAR).
Moreover, the amount of electricity generated depends on the strength of the wind. Without wind, there is no electricity, so it is largely affected by the monsoon (BBC, YEAR).
Australia can be converted water to electirc about 13,816 gigawatt hours totally, which subsititute below than 0.5 percent of world electric consumed (AEG, 2011; Harries, 2011) .

As of energy such as, biogas has been harnessed effectively through the use of detritus and unwanted waste. Biogas uses the waste from food to generate heat, electricity and refine fuel for vehicles. The use of biogas can shorten the consumption of fossil fuel. According to Rosenthal (2010),Rosenthal (2010)suggests, Rosenthal (2010) believes
Biogas can reduce the cost of electricity and fuel of people in Kristianstad and also reduce the carbon dioxide emission in the city. For example, Kristianstad had eliminated 64 tons of CO2 emissions by using wood pellets to generate the heat for greenhouse (Rosenthal, 2010). This strategy is very effective in Kristainstad because the fully support from the government such as district heating to cover the need of heat in the city. However, it would not be effective if the government did not support and take a serious action. This means that for such energy to be effectively harnessed investments are needed.  However this does not take into account the collaboration among citizens.  For a continual waste to be used in biogas production citizens must dispose of their food waste in the correct place.  In factt Kristianstad residents have all been trained to to put food waste in a blue bag (REF).  So there is a community understanding which makes this energy effective.
